Inside, you will find an approximate list with approximate amounts of the foods I eat on a weekly basis.
Note, I eat intuitively, eat for maximum performance, longevity, health and happiness.
I've been through all the fad diets - keto, vegan, vegetarian, vegan, low-cal low-fat, etc etc... and after MUCH experimentation, this is the diet that is yielding me the best results.
