Testosterone decline is real.
It is no secret that men’s testosterone levels worldwide have taken a drastic hit in the last century - you can see the narrative playing out today with most 'men' in your daily life...

Around this time I got my T level tested, and it came out at a shocking 305ng/dL or 10.6nmol/L, as you can see above. I was so shocked that I remember texting a health coach about this... it should've been AT LEAST 3-4x this...
The eyes never lie, and you can already tell I living a sad, miserable existence, with each day being a drag.
I was struggling with finding purpose, just drifting; plagued with brain fog, self confidence issues, low energy and vitality, low libido and issues in the bedroom like erectile dysfunction and not being able to get it up, no morning wood, struggling to lose the skinny fat look and put on muscle, and so, so much more that comes with all the above like symptoms of depression, little success with women, addictions, and even struggling to grow facial hair (at 19), just chasing dopamine hits... I was a mess.

To be more precise, Testosterone levels have been drastically declining since 1987 with an average of 1.2% each year. This means that the average man in 2023 has almost 50% less testosterone than the men in the past, our forefathers and ancestors.
On top of that, men are becoming more and more infertile. In 1992, a Danish study - also known as The Carlsen Study - reported a significant global decline in sperm density between 1938 and 1990 with about a 40% decline in sperm quality and quantity. There have been little quality studies done since, however it shouldn’t be a surprise that those numbers keep getting worse and worse nowadays.
Rather than inform the masses, and do something about this, the ‘experts’ sit back and (likely) laugh, and one of their favourite tactics in ‘combatting’ this is to simply lower the ‘healthy average’ testosterone levels.
The agreed upon, ‘normal’ range nowadays is 300 to 1,000 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL) or 10 to 35 nanomoles per liter (nmol/L)...
But believe me when I say this - the man at 300ng/dL is living a VASTLY different life than the man at 1,000ng/dL, as did I - yet both are seemingly in the ‘normal’ range.
Nobody is talking about this, and if there’s one thing you should take away from this, it’s the fact that if you listen to the general narrative, you will likely end up like most...
I decided to take my health into my own hands and did everything to try maximise my testosterone, and through much trial and error, unlearning and relearning, I finally figured out what it takes. Since, my life has improved in virtually all areas;
In the bottom left, I tested at 926ng/dL or 32.1nmol/L. I started seeing fantastic progress in the gym - I lost fat quicker, kept it off easier, and gained more muscle mass. I started living with purpose, found my mission, no more brain fog, laziness and overthinking. I became more confident and began attracting abundance in all areas of my life - with business, with women, and other likeminded men. My sex life transformed, and I was finally able to satisfy both her, and myself. I was able to grow facial hair and grow out my hair with ease. Life just became better, easier... more fulfilling.
